At Meridian Primary Care, we provide preventive care services to adults, seniors, and children who are at least four years old. Our personalized preventive care offerings include annual check ups, pre-op exams, Well-Women Exams (pap smears), sports physicals, work physicals, EKGs, skin exams and dermatology procedures, behavioral health management, and more. Sports Physical Exams

Organized sports leagues generally require athletes to undergo a special physical exam known as a sports physical. This is an important aspect of preventative care, especially for children, because undiagnosed health conditions could potentially be worsened by intense physical activity. During a sports physical, doctors typically evaluate the patient’s vision, heart, lungs, throat, nose, ears, joints, strength, and flexibility. 

Work Physical Exams
